Establishing the governance and operational parameters for utilizing the data logic frameworks and analytics systems provided by TigerDataLogic.
Contractual Agreement
By accessing the TigerDataLogic portal or utilizing our proprietary data logic tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and TigerDataLogic, headquartered in Shenzhen 27.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our digital assets and analytics environments.
Operational Availability
Our analytics systems are provided as-is, optimized for enterprise efficiency. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. TigerDataLogic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the portal, including the underlying data logic algorithms, without prior notice to ensure system integrity or implement upgrades.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued for accessing restricted business intelligence layers.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to site architecture, visual interfaces, data logic documentation, and analytics output formats, is the exclusive property of TigerDataLogic. No portion of this site may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or extracted for use in third-party databases without explicit written authorization.
Users retain ownership of the raw data they input into our systems; however, TigerDataLogic retains ownership over the specific logic applied to transform that data into actionable insights.
Limitation of Liability
TigerDataLogic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our analytics systems. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational downtime.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of TigerDataLogic.digital shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen.
